The intention of this project was a proposal for conservation / improvement of a villa in Vilamoura.
The rehabilitation of the building was completed, the main premise was: create habitability for tourism due of this excellent location.
Inside, there were works of improvement and conservation. Without changing the existing structure, the essentials were maintained, giving value to the social spaces of the house.
Outside, the space was improved with the addition of a swimming pool next to the villa.
The pool is the most important element and with the most notoriety. The same is located near the edge of the lot, valuing outer space, as well as the living space.
With the main idea of the rehabilitation of buildings, this proposal focuses on valuation of exterior and interior spaces.
