The Misericórdia apartments are situated in the central and historical zone of Lisbon, in an excellent network of accessibilities and where you find a great number of public transports, especially the subway.

Apartments where the space is the affirmation of a compromise between history, sophistication and modernization of the finishing touches. As from the entrance to the details of the apartments, these possess features of confessed modernity and elegance.

The good taste of the interior finishing touches vanguard implements the difference of the project valuing the apartments and the building.

The habitat areas are extremely generous and they vary between 135 and 340m², especially emphasizing the private parking.

The architecture gave priority to a simple and contemporary design, so that all the personal touches reflect the style of someone that lives in each and every space.

The kitchen floor and walls covered with a stone type "sara médio", equipped and fitted with "Bosh/AEG" electrical appliances, with a kitchen bench worktop and slate prior for functionality.

Bathroom floors and walls covered with a stone type "Moca Meluinha" with white suspended sanitary fixtures, with the cistern inserted in wall.

In the bedrooms, the white wooden closets lacquered and the floor in cherry, are examples of the good taste and sobriety. The living room and entrance hall are composed by 'jatobá' wooden floors, false ceilings with built-in lighting with dark colored glass coated wall.

All the apartments also have central heating, white PVC lacquered frames, and beech exterior armored door and interior doors in white lacquered wood.
